Hillary Clinton: A Short Profile

On April, 2015 Hillary Diane Rodhram Clinton known as Hillary Clinton announced her candidacy for 2016 US Presidential Elections.

Hillary Clinton in comparison with all other Presidential Candidates has long political journey as Secretary of State, Presidential candidate in 2008 Elections, US Senator from New York, US First Lady for eight years, First Lady of Arkansas for 12 years.

Hillary Clinton did her college in 1969 from Wellesley College located in Wellesley, Massachusetts, USA & completed her University in 1973 from Yale Law School in New Heaven, Connecticut, USA.

On October 11, 1975 got married with Bill Clinton.

In 1977, Hillary Clinton founded Arkansas Advocates, a law firm for children and families.

Her husband won Arkansas Governor Elections in 1978 and she became first lady of Arkansas and remained in this capacity from 1979 to 1981 and then from 1983 to 1992.

On February 27, 1980 Hillary Clinton’s daughter was born named Chelsea Victoria Clinton.

From 1993 to 2001 Hillary Clinton remained first lady of United States of America. As the first lady of United States, Hillary Clinton was very active and part of inner most circle for the appointments of different administrative positions. She was regarded as the most empowered first lady of United States and her role in policy making decisions was severely criticized by opponents, usually referred her as an Advisor to US President.

From 2000 to 2009 Hillary Clinton remained as Senator of United States from New York.

In December 2007 she announced to contest Presidential Elections but in final primaries in June 2008 Obama gained more delegates and became nominee for Democrats.

On January 21, 2009 Hillary Clinton took oath as Secretary of State with Barack Obama as his President. Hillary Clinton completed her four year tenure as Secretary of States.

For 2016 Presidential Elections, Hillary Clinton is now fighting against Senator Bernie Sanders for Democrat nominee. Hillary Clinton won lowa caucuses on Tuesday 2nd February by a low margin of 49.9% to 46.6% and now she has intensified her campaign for New Hamshire.

Let’s see who will win Presidential race from Democrats, now its not going to be a long wait.
