Full English breakfast is popular throughout England and Northern Ireland. Breakfast can be eaten every day and sometimes people use to prefer it at lunch time as well. The word full means a well-served full of healthy items that everyone can enjoy it.

In England full breakfast is being served in all hotels and restaurants on regular basis comprising of juice, cereals, stewed or fresh fruits, eggs, variously accompanied by sausages, grilled tomato, mushrooms, tea, toast and marmalade.
