Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the Karsaz blast was the biggest terrorist attack against any political party in the world. Bilawal Bhutto was addressing Salam-e-Shuhada rally being organized by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to pay homage to the victims of Karsaz blast.
Bilawal Bhutto while addressing PPP rally upon arrival in Lyari said that the kite being operated through phone has been cut off. PPP Supporters need not to worry because PPP’s arrow has left the bow. He said that the people of Lyari have always stood up against every type of dictatorship. Khursheed Shah and former CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah also addressed the rally participants, before Bilawal’s speech.
The rally commenced from Bilawal House and after passing through several areas including Bilawal Chorangi, Mai Kolachi, Native Jetty, I.C.I Bridge, M.A. Jinnah Road, Kharadar, Lyari, Mazar-e-Quaid, it will be concluded at Karsaz. To welcome the rally, large numbers of party workers and supporters have also gathered in their respective areas.
Bilawal Bhutto earlier in his address said that Benazir Bhutto chose Karachi as the city of her return and did not back down from the threats she was constantly receiving. She had come to Pakistan to end dictatorship, terrorism and unemployment from the country. PPP has restored democracy, hoisted the national flag in Swat once again and tackled the poverty through Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), he added.
Bilawal Bhutto also bashed PM Nawaz Sharif and Chairman PTI Imran Khan for their policies and said that the responsibility of dealing with a “lion” has been given to a “player”. Bilawal said that with public’s support, we will bring revolutionary and real change in the country and will complete the incomplete mission of Benazir Bhutto.
