India continues to spread terror along LoC, COAS issues directives

Indian Armed Forces are constantly reflecting the brutal and terror policies of Narendra Modi’s government. Indian troops have once again carried out unprovoked firing in various sectors at LoC in which atleast 10 civilians and 3 soldiers have been martyred with several others including women and children got severely injured. Pakistani Forces have responded befittingly to the Indian Fire, ISPR said.

In a statement by Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), Indian Armed Forces carried out unprovoked artillery shelling in Neelum Valley at LoC. A shell was fired at a house where a girl was martyred and three people including a woman were injured.

Indian Troops also fired a rocket at a public bus near Dhundiyal and targeted an ambulance as well after which 9 civilians embraced martyrdom right at the spot with more than 10 receiving critical injuries, ISPR added.

Pakistani Troops responded befittingly to the Indian aggression, destroyed Indian check posts and killed 7 of their soldiers. 3 Pakistan soldiers also embraced martyrdom during exchange of fire in retaliation. Heavy exchange of fire is yet continued at Line of Control.

In Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, teachers and students carried out protest rallies against Indian aggression at LoC and Narendra Modi’s policies. Protesters were of the words that India is afraid of Kashmir Freedom Movement and international community must take notice of these atrocities as well.

Due to massive fear in the region, educational institutions have been shut down for indefinite period of time. Markets are also closed in the area and road leading to Khel is also closed for traffic, following the heavy shelling from Indian Troops.

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, whose tenure is just about to end, has chaired a high level meeting in Corps Headquarter and assessed the current situation at LoC. Army Chief has issued directives to ensure quick and hard response to Indian atrocities at LoC. He said that whenever India will now violate ceasefire agreement and target innocent civilians, it would always be countered in much stronger way.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has strongly condemned the unprovoked firing by Indian Security Forces on a civilian bus near LoC in strong words. He said that India does not want focus of international community and UN on India’s own brutality in Kashmir and ceasefire violation at Line of Control. Nawaz Sharif has made it very clear that Pakistan will never even refrain itself from Kashmir issue and will keep on highlighting Indian brutalities in Kashmir on all international forums.

Prime Minister also prayed for high ranks of the departed souls and grant of courage to the loved ones of martyred people to bear this huge loss. He also said that the martyred soldiers of Pakistan Army are held in highest esteem and will always be remembered. No responsible state can ever permit anyone to target the innocent civilians, PM added.

Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that in a statement that India has suffered more than Pakistan in today’s skirmished across LoC. He also said that the whole region could become a war region if India does not stop ceasefire violations.

Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have condemned the Indian brutal attacks and shelling at LoC and on civilians. Shahbaz Sharif said that India has exposed its real face by violating ceasefire agreements at LoC. Pakistan Army will always respond to Indian aggression strongly and whole of nation stands behind our Army, CM added. Bilawal Bhutto also called on the United Nations to take notice of Indian ceasefire violations at LoC.

A couple of days ago, Pakistani Troops killed 6 Indian soldiers in retaliation to their unprovoked firing along LoC. The tensions at LoC have been escalating for about two months due to constant ceasefire violations by Indian Armed Forces.

Pakistan has told India many times to refrains from creating tensions and spreading terror at LoC but yet Narendra Modi’s establishment does not look in mood to prevail and promote peace in the region.
