Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that Nawaz Sharif and his party are constantly lying to the Supreme Court and nation to hide their corruption and undeclared assets.

A five-member bench headed by CJP Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali has sought complete details of Sharif family’s Jeddah Steel Mill. The apex court asked during the hearing that how the finances were raised for Jeddah Steel Mill? How loans were taken from Saudi Banks? At what price, Jeddah Steel Mill was sold? How was money transferred from Jeddah to London? How Tariq Shafi transferred 12 Million Dirhams from Dubai to Qatar?
The Apex Court also asked about the legal status of Qatari Price’s letter, since the name of the recipient was not mentioned in it.
PTI Lawyer Naeem Bukhari said that there was no money trail regarding to Sharif family’s properties in Dubai, Saudi Arabia and London flats. Sharif family has failed to produce even a single document through which it can be proved that how money had been transferred from Pakistan to other countries, he added.
Naeem Bukhari accused CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif for having no uniformity in Shahbaz Sharif’s cousin Tariq Shafi’s signatures on the affidavit and the contract. Naeem Bukhari also stated that PM Nawaz Sharif with so many conflicting statements is now no more Honest & Truthful, thus he is supposed to be disqualified from the National Assembly.
The court maintained that PTI must prove a pre-2006 connection between the Sharif family and its offshore companies and if it succeeds in doing so, then the Sharif family would be under immense pressure. Hearing for Panama Leaks Case has been adjourned until 6th Dec.
