Imran Khan demands expulsion of Javed Latif from National Assembly

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has said that he is waiting for Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to expel his MNA Javed Latif from National Assembly and his party for abusing the family members of PTI’s MNA Murad Saeed. Imran Khan was talking to media in Nowshera after inaugurating Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex.

Imran Khan said that he is waiting for Nawaz Sharif to take action against PMLN Leader Javed Latif for misbehaving with Murad Saeed outside National Assembly. If Nawaz Sharif does not take action against Javed Latif, then he would consider Nawaz Sharif equally involved in this matter that has actually  exposed PMLN Leadership, Khan added.

Imran Khan told the media representatives that if any of his party members had shown such kind of behaviour, then he would have had expelled him from the party with immediate effect. On 09th March, PTI’s MNA Murad Saeed indulged in a scuffle with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s MNA at the Parliament Lobby following the heated arguments earlier during the National Assembly proceedings.

Even after the session, Javed Latif used inappropriate words regarding to Murad Saeed’s female family members after which Murad Saeed, losing his cool, punched him on his face. The act was also caught on camera and remained in headlines throughout the day.

Talking to the media in Nowshera after inaugurating Qazi Hussain Ahmed Medical Complex, Imran Khan also lauded the efforts of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak and said that it is for the first time that investment has been made on Human Resource in the province.

PTI Chief told that in KPK, investment into Education Sector has always been the priority of government. They wanted to establish a system in the hospitals as well that has no political influence in it, Imran Khan added.  He further said that the decline in crimes and terrorism in the province is due to better management of police and improved infrastructure.
