Let’s admit we all find ourselves in a continuous struggle to be good enough, always try to fit in, being cool enough to have friends. We pretend to be someone else for so long that we forget who we really are. We are doing what exactly is expected from us, what we are conditioned to do this since our birth. We accept every narrative without questioning. Let’s be rational, we all know that life is a gift and it surely wasn’t as hard to live as we made it.
Let’s fix our basics and we see how everything will fall into place. There is nothing like a perfect life. We will continue to face difficulties and struggles but for causes worth making an effort. Let’s get rid of this shallow life style and get real life. There is no quick fix but we can see the change with our decision to continuously evolve and improve ourselves.
First thing first, we need to get rid of extra stuff we gather. Take control of your impulsive buying desire. Clear the clutter from your life. Try being minimalist.
Stop trying to be happy all the time. Happiness is an illusion rather be content for what you have. This world is built to test us and we will be tested time and again. Be brave enough to stand at the face of adversity without giving up.
Acquiring money can be an uphill battle. The easy way is decide for yourself how much is enough and work for it. Instead of running after money try hanging around with good people and invest in experiences because at the end this will matter.
We need to realize that time a scared resources and must be used wisely. Plan for your life ahead but live one day at a time. Try to be a better person than you were yesterday. You will be surprised to see the difference in the years to come.
You have achieved what you once prayed for. Never take life for granted. Be humble and be grateful to Allah for all the blessings. This life also comes with the responsibility of helping others in any possible way. Make sure you do it for the right reasons. Life is easy we make it complicated. Let’s take a step towards a simple life. Let’s play our role to make the world a better place to live. The idea of simple life will surely fascinate those who still have a rational mind, those who can choose for themselves a path less traveled by.
